Emotional balance combined with optimum physical health securely supports our self-esteem, the basis of creating our life with power and success. With holistic balance in the physical body, emotions and feelings, and a degree of financial abundance, we will be well disposed to create loving and supportive relationships. Making small but significant changes in emotional attitude, in self trust, in how we treat our body – with balanced diet and exercise, will enable us to create the holistic wealth we desire.
